Donation Information

We have two options for residential donation pickup.Option one is our standard pickup service which has a $10 non-refundable fee. The standard pickup service requires all items to be either in a garage or in a driveway (weather permitting) and may have a 2-3 weeks scheduling timeline.


Option 2 is priority Pickup with our sustainability partner, Resupply. For a fee, any item can be picked up anywhere inside the home regardless of condition and typically within 48 hours

Wednesday - Saturday 10am - 3pm

NOTICE: We may have to decline a donation based on its condition, our current inventory of similar items, or our ability to resell the item. If you are uncertain of the acceptability of an item, please click here OR contact the ReStore. Michigan law prohibits donors from leaving items outside of a store during non-business hours. Leaving items outside of business hours may result in fines and/or charges being brought against you for illegal dumping.
